Today we went from Astorga to Rabanal del Camino (~20 kilometers). Our feet became tired, but we saw many cool things. Since we started, farms and irrigation pipes such as these have followed us every step of the way, but we will soon leave them behind as we cross the mountains.

ReplyDeleteThanks for posting these photos. I love seeing some of what you're seeing along the way - particularly the stuff you think is cool. As you can imagine, I was really taken with the picture of the field of poppies. Since poppies only bloom for a day, entire fields of them have always seemed magical to me.
